Deposit 20% confirms the booking; the balance is due 30 days before the trip.
- 45+ days before: 100% of the deposit refunded
- 30–44 days: 50% of the deposit refunded
- less than 30 days: deposit is non-refundable
- less than 14 days: actual costs are retained
